We have distribution sites in both the UK and Ireland so there is no Brexit effect on our products. This means that there will be no tariff charges if living in Ireland.

We are currently experiencing delivery delays during the Christmas period and shipping may be slightly delayed. All orders will be processed when they are received. We expect most orders to be received within 5-7 working days.

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

When ordering from us, you are the importer of the product in the country in which you are receiving the goods, we recommend checking the local regulations.

Return & Refund Policy:

We are confident you will love our product but if you are not happy for any reason, we can offer a refund or exchange.

Pureis® Ultra Pure CBD products can be returned if the two seals on the packaging are not broken.

To return an item please drop us an email at info@pureiscbd.com and we will arrange to send out by post or email your return label, whatever is more convenient for you.

We will confirm to you once we receive your item, and we will notify you on the status of your refund.

Refunds will only be paid back to the original payment method. It can take up to 10 working days from date of posting depending on your bank.
